Strange delivery
My sunglasses arrived loose in a box, no case or cloth leaner. I contacted your Joondalup shop where they were sent from but have not heard from them plus sent an email from Bailey and Nelson and agin have not heard from anyone. Will I be sent a case and cloth as is said in all the information when purchasing sunglasses ? Kind regards Jennifer Wylde

Excellent service and products!
Great product, but even better service. I bought online and one of the pairs I bought was a bit wonky on my face. I took the pair of sunglasses down to the Frankston branch and the man who helped me was so kind, fixed them perfectly and I am so satisfied!
