Excruciating
Dealing with Bailey Nelson online was beyond frustrating. Email replies would take days and then fail to address my most recent response. At one point it felt like I had 3 separate conversations going on and I’d have go keep explaining the situation again and again. Not to mention the endless replies from “Nelly the robot" thanking me for my patience. The lack of phone number is also super annoying as you have no option but to wait. Once the details of my order had finally been sorted the shipping was super quick and I really like the glasses but I won't be buying online again anytime soon.

I recently bought a pair of the Harvey Large sunnies. Love the style but they were too large. The exchange process was seamless. The response and return service to a medium was FAST. I am VERY happy with the new set of sunnies and will buy again. Thank you Pete
