Saved me during lockdown!
When the dog ate my reading glasses at the start of lockdown I almost cried! But I was able to order my pair again with the friendly help of the BN staff, and my glasses turned up in the post two weeks later.

Amazing!
These are the best glasses I've had ever. They are lightweight and comfy. Love the light colour too

The glasses are great - work as expected and feel nice. The staff on the other hand are awesome, so much more than expected and makes me so brand loyal I tell everyone who will listen to go to their local BN. Thank you for hiring such superstars.

Perfect
Ordering on line from my previous prescription was great. I had a black pair of Harper glasses and ordered the grey crystal. Fast service and email answered by a lovey lady called “Alice” very helpful- Thank you
